This policy explains what information CoreBraced Systems LLC ("CoreBraced", "we") collects through the website at corebraced.com ("the site") and how it is used. It covers this website only. It does not cover CoreBraced software itself, or software and websites operated by any other business.
Information you send us
The site does not have accounts, sign-up or online payments.
If you email us at hello@corebraced.com, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message. If we offer a contact form on the site, it asks for your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, your industry or trade, what you are interested in, and an optional message. Form messages are sent to the same inbox by email; the website itself does not keep a copy.
We use this information only to reply to you and to understand what contractors need from our software. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Messages are kept in our business email for as long as needed to respond, follow up and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who receives the information
- CoreBraced team members who handle inquiries can read messages sent to hello@corebraced.com.
- Our email providers store and deliver those messages on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider (Render) runs the website and automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use this only to operate and secure the site, including limiting abuse of the contact form.
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising trackers or social media plugins. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, so loading a page does not send your information to a font or image service.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you sent us by emailing hello@corebraced.com.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
